Information provided on this website, in consultations or via marketing materials is for informational purposes only and does not replace a personalised medical consultation. A full medical consultation and assessment will always take place before any treatment is carried out.

Professional Indemnity & Insurance: The Clinic maintains appropriate and current:

• Employers’ Liability Insurance

• Public Liability Insurance

• Product Liability Insurance

These policies are in place to ensure compliance with UK legal requirements and to protect both patients and staff.

Appointments & Cancellations: Appointments must be booked in advance. We require a minimum of [24/48] hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may to shorten or reschedule to avoid impacting other patients.

Deposits & Payments: Certain treatments require a deposit when booking. These are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or non-attendance. Full payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed or finance has been set up. We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time.

Suitability for Treatment: All patients must:

• Provide accurate and complete medical history

• Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or previous procedures

• Inform us of any changes in health prior to treatment

We reserve the right to refuse or delay treatment if we believe it is not clinically appropriate or safe.

Treatment Results: While we aim to achieve the best possible outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Individual results may vary. All medical and aesthetic procedures carry some degree of risk. These will be explained during consultation and informed consent will be obtained prior to treatment. Treatment recommendations are made based on clinical judgement and patient suitability.

Aftercare & Patient Responsibility: Patients must follow all aftercare advice provided. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and could increase the risk of complications. The Clinic cannot be held responsible for issues arising from failure to adhere to aftercare guidance.

Products: Where products are supplied:

• They are covered by appropriate product liability insurance

• We are not responsible for misuse of products outside of recommended guidelines

• Opened products cannot be returned unless faulty

Limitation of Liability: Nothing in these T&Cs excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
